Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Completing RFPs, DDQs and other various questions independently
- Maintenance and presentation of information across various products, funds and markets
- Timely coordinate with clients on general information requests and quarterly reporting
- Work with management and accounting to compile performance data and communicate data to both existing and potential investors
- Work with management to compile the Monroe’s quarterly updates for existing investors
- Establish quality control procedures for sharing key data points across the organization
- Maintain an understanding of industry/market trends
- Updating and keeping various systems up to date
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related degree
- 4-6 years of directly relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines well
- Well-organized self-starter with high energy, creativity and thoughtfulness
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, desire to succeed and be entrepreneurial
- Ability to work within a team
- Familiarity with Loopio, Seismic and CRM systems are beneficial

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
