What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Coordinator position at Monroe County Community School Corporation?
POSITION DETAILS:
Working with Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Director of Business Operations, and Business Office Manager to assist with Purchasing, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliations and other Business Office functions. Ability to work in a team environment with all members of the Business Office.
· 8 hours / day
· 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or commensurate experience.
· Detail-oriented and proficient with technology, skilled in leading processes that drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.
· Meets deadlines and timelines in an effective and efficient manner.
· Experience with Skyward or other comparable payroll/accounting software preferred.
· Ability to analyze data along with outstanding organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.86 per hour
