The 43rd Judicial District of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Exhibits and Quality Assurance Records Retention Specialist to join our team in Monroe County, PA.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and proper retention of exhibits submitted in court proceedings. Reporting to the Deputy Court Administrator, the selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preserving electronic and physical evidence, maintaining records in compliance with state and local rules, and assisting with courtroom technology.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must have one (1) year of experience in an administrative, legal, judicial, or governmental setting; OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Familiarity with electronic recording equipment, scanning technology, and digital file management is preferred, with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.
