- Develop and maintain relationships with adult learners to support their persistence and success.
- Identify barriers to student success and connect learners with appropriate resources and support services.
- Monitor student attendance and engagement, providing outreach and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with instructors, counselors, and community organizations to enhance student support.
- Assist in tracking and reporting student progress and retention data.
- Plan and facilitate workshops or informational sessions to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with adult learners or in an educational support role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Familiarity with local community resources is a plus.
