Description

ServiceMaster by Monroe Restoration is seeking an innovative, relationship-focused, collaborative, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our local marketing and B2B sales efforts. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate new leads, and broaden the referral base through cold-calling and relationship-building meetings to create growth in our Elkhart branch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business results through creative initiatives and strategic prospect development plans to advance relationships with local Insurance agencies/agents.

Working as part of a comprehensive restoration team, you will also have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses, based on performance, as part of a company profit-sharing plan!

Salary range: $55k-$75k depending on experience

Responsibilities

Business Development:

· Create, build, and develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry partners.

· Represent the branch at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness.

· Organize and participate in community outreach programs and sponsorships

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support branch goals and objectives.

· Identify targets and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach these audiences.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

· Oversee the region’s vendor, partner, and client interactions to provide a personalized, high-touch experience designed to build long-term, win-win relationships.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with the company’s marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and corporate strategies.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future efforts.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain a customer database to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Implement strategies to nurture B2B leads and convert them into loyal customers.

· Develop efficient marketing routes; organize daily/weekly schedules to support planning and the timely completion of tasks, assignments, and strategic initiatives.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and marketing approaches.

· Accurately, succinctly, and professionally communicate project updates and details to appropriate stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 5 years of proven experience in relationship management, customer service, sales, or related fields, preferably in a B2B environment; cold-calling experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; creating ideas to increase brand recognition, and demand for products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing, strategic planning, managing events, customer service, and digital marketing development and execution including social media, email, website, and other marketing platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of metrics and reporting on progress.
  • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding and analyze key business drivers, strategy goals, and challenges to optimally support the organization.
  • Passionate about building a great culture and motivating the team to perform at their best.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, team player, and problem solver.
  • Willingness to travel locally for in-person meetings and interactions. ( A valid Driver’s License is required.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
