ServiceMaster by Monroe Restoration is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team. As a leading Disaster Restoration Company, we specialize in providing mitigation and reconstructive services to businesses and commercial properties in times of crisis. The Commercial Business Development Sales Manager will be pivotal in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with commercial clients, negotiating Priority Response Program (PRP) contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies targeting business decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the disaster restoration industry.
Salary Range: $65k - $80k based on experience. *Eligible for Quarterly Performance Based Bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, commercial lead goals, and expand market share in the commercial sector. Identify key market segments and develop targeted sales strategies to penetrate and establish a strong presence. Plan and execute targeted local events to support commercial priorities and marketing campaigns.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop efficient regional marketing routes and organize daily/weekly schedules to support strategic initiatives and the sales cycle. Cultivate strong relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, facility managers, property management corporate managers, commercial insurance agents, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Negotiate Contracts: Lead PRP contract negotiations with commercial clients, conditions are favorable and align with company strategic objectives. Meet PRP monthly goals to ensure new commercial partnerships.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the commercial sector. Qualify new prospects, create cultivation strategies, and add to the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to coordinate sales activities, streamline processes, and optimize customer experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of commercial clients.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress against targets. Provide accurate, timely documentation and insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making. Update CRM daily with detailed visit notes and next steps.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. B2B sales experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build rapport with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights. Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of metrics and reporting on progress
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Experience with Luxor or similar platforms is preferred.

- Willingness to travel regionally as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and business needs.
