Your Role
As the Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator, you will:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm, friendly manner.
- Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team.
- Handle insurance verification and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Manage patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and policies.
- Help maintain a positive patient experience by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
