The Electromechanical Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of electromechanical equipment prior to shipment at Monroe Staffing Services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify PLC accuracy and mechanical function by testing and operating equipment in accordance with specifications.
- Understand and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Perform electrical system inspections up to 480V and verify finished products meet requirements.
- Collaborate with assemblers and wirers to correct errors in the production process and improve efficiency.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of electronic systems, particularly PLCs, and the ability to read and interpret mechanical documents. You must also possess a keen eye for detail and good communication skills.
