Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions is currently hiring a Sales Estimator for a reputable window and door manufacturer located in Marlborough, MA. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of inside sales experience ideally in the construction industry. This position is a Hybrid opportunity.
Location : Marlborough, MA
Payrate : $60,000 – 63,000
Schedule Type : Hybrid
Responsibilities of the Sales Estimator :
- Generate sales leads from architects and dealers, particularly outside of MA.
- Support Sales Managers in quoting and processing smaller projects and following up on lead generation efforts.
- Enter orders and estimates in the ERP system for production.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and projects independently.
- Grow to take on a larger role in estimating projects based on sales and client specifications.
- Coordinate with sales and production on order requirements for custom products.
- Accurately enter orders for production with training.
- Open and update customer account information.
- Field calls and assist the sales staff by answering client questions.
- Learn the product lines and read shop drawings to enter orders.
- Create accurate orders and quotes by coordinating with the sales team and clients.
