Monrovia Music Academy is a fast growing music school with locations in Pasadena, Monrovia, San Dimas and Rowland Heights with over 1,000 students currently enrolled.
This position is for our location in Monrovia.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Customer service
- Manage inventory
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Handle a fast paced work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude who loves customer service, talking to people, is organized, proactive and loves children and families.
Hours: Full-Time (30 hours)
Hours will be from Monday-Wednesday (approx. 12pm-8pm) and Sunday (8.30am-4.30pm)
Benefits will be added once you have been on our team for 2 months.
