Monsma Landscape & Maintenance is a small business in Ada, MI. We have been providing creative solutions, solid service, and practical advice in the Grand Rapids area for over 30 years. We are seeking a dependable, energetic, experienced individual to lead a mowing crew.
Qualifications
- At least one year operating commercial mowing equipment.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Enjoy directing and working hands-on with a team.
- Clean driving record and ability to drive a truck with a trailer.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Safely and efficiently drive a crew and equipment to job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate tasks and address any concerns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
