Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate our lawn care operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves supervising a team of lawn care technicians, managing daily tasks, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of lawn care professionals in the execution of various landscaping tasks.
- Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Manage landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, shrub trimming and mulch installation.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any repairs needed.
- Train new team members on best practices in lawn care and landscape management.
- Communicate effectively with team members, explain and deligate job tasks throughout the crew. Praise quality work and explain what was done well, correct any mistakes or poor practices,
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs to provide a high quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any client interactions.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license IS required.
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of , groundskeeping techniques, including mowing and trimming practices/patterns.
- Familiarity with garden maintenance practices including planting, pruning and mulching.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
