The Patient Care Coordinator is an important member of the Monson Vision and vital to our success in keeping our surgery schedule full and ensuring our patients have a premier experience during their vision restoration journey. This is a key medical sales role, essential to our high-end delivery of vision correction services. The Patient Care Coordinator ensures a smooth and efficient delivery of service and care to each patient. They are responsible for communicating with potential patients, current patients, and their guests (e.g., spouse, friend, etc.) information related to surgery details, pricing and payment details, appointments, patient records, and other related administrative tasks. The Patient Care Coordinator role is a part of the ORIGINATION team, helping guide each individual through the "Patient Journey". With their exceptional knowledge of the services at Monson Vision, ability to communicate our value proposition effectively, excellent organizational skills and compassionate approach, Patient Care Coordinators contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience and increasing the number of individuals we are able to provide vision restoration for.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
