Position Summary:
Monster Energy is looking for a digital marketing project manager to help guide our campaign go-to-market planning for the brands. This individual will work closely with the strategy & planning function responsible for the day-to-day management of digital operations to ensure all deliverables are aligned with the marketing brief and delivered on time. The right candidate must be highly-organized, comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, and have a general understanding of digital marketing channels including platforms and content formats.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Collaborate with digital marketing managers on the planning and management of cross channel editorial calendars. Brainstorm with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic digital plans, targeting and campaign recommendations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, performance is accurately analyzed, and strategic opportunities for growth are identified
- Operations and Process: This role plays a vital part in driving strategy success by overseeing seamless execution of campaigns, coordinating across internal teams, and delivering outstanding results for key accounts
- Cross Function Communications: Translate strategic recommendations into actionable ideas and easily usable frameworks and toolkits, with a sense of the organizational shifts required.
- Administrative: is highly organized and detail-oriented, and excels at balancing multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong organization relationships. i.e calendars, agendas, scheduling meetings
Job Specifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Working in Digital Marketing for a consumer brand
- Between 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, digital marketing, or similar field
Base Pay Range: USD $75,000 - USD $100,000 ( )
