Position Summary:
In the position of Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading RGM Capabilities, focused on the in year and multi-year retail strategy and portfolio roadmap. This role will identify, lead, and embed insights to impact annual retail plans as well as support longer term strategic direction with OBPPC and competitive insights. Working with the RGM, Commercial Strategy, and Customer teams, this position will assess performance of the Monster portfolio and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness of pricing and trade spend activity. Responsibilities include stewarding and embedding brand and package optimization principles into commercial programs and strategy, along with evaluating current and proposed promotional activity and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a positive,
client-focused approach to the role, with a track record of creating strong partnerships across functions/teams and with the Bottler network.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support RGM, Sales, and Senior Leadership in Revenue Growth planning process by developing actionable recommendations for Retail Strategy and Package/Channel architecture across various brand families, channels, and geographies/markets.
- Work across multiple reporting systems and departments to extract and cleanse data, perform analyses, and make strategic, actionable recommendations on pricing, promotion, and package performance.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year portfolio roadmap with input and feedback from key stakeholders across Strategy, Sales, and Supply, inclusive of segmentation frameworks to help identify and prioritize growth opportunities and consumer participation.
- Provide Insights / Recommendations on Customer and Channel plans, and other strategic initiatives, to help identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Responsible for evaluating promotions and pricing plans for North America. Assess performance of the Monster portfolio and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness of pricing and trade activity.
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business
- Between 3-5 years of experience in RGM and/or Data Analysis experience
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage industry experience preferred
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience in data management, ability to extract and cleanse data across multiple reporting/data sources, perform analyses.
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $162,000
