• Engage & Delight Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls as a call center sales representative, working with existing guests who have already purchased vacation packages.
• Close Sales & Create Memories: Apply proven sales techniques to excel as a vacation sales representative, securing reservations and inspiring guests to make travel bookings.
• Upsell Like a Pro: As a customer engagement specialist, showcase the value of additional travel options to maximize the guest experience.
• Collect Payments: Confidently guide customers through seamless payment processes.
• Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass sales quotas with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
