Ameri-Can North Sports Center is under new ownership / management! We are looking for a Full-time Facility Manger for the rink!
Summary
The Ice Rink Facilities Manager is responsible for the oversight of all personnel, equipment and facilities at the rink, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities.
- Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
- Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
- Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
- Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
- Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly oversees all employees in the rink operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
