About the Role

As a Entry Level Marketing and Sales Associate, you’ll take part in interactive retail marketing events and pop-up setups throughout the Phoenix area. Your primary objective will be to showcase various services, boost brand awareness, and expand the customer base for our clients, all while delivering top-notch customer experiences. This role involves:

Event Setup and Presentation:

• Setting up event kiosks and pop-ups with branded materials, ensuring each setup is visually attractive and fully representative of our client’s brand.
• Maintaining brand consistency in all displays to draw in potential customers.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Utilizing your marketing and customer service skills to engage shoppers, communicate product benefits, and drive interest.
• Building strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty through memorable interactions.

Brand Awareness and Marketing:

• Promoting our clients' products, services, and values to connect with customers.
• Educating customers on the unique qualities of the brands you represent, emphasizing their mission and value proposition.

Handling Customer Inquiries:

• Professionally and confidently answering customer questions, ensuring they receive accurate, helpful information.
• Addressing concerns promptly to ensure positive customer experiences.

Sales Processing and Documentation:

• Efficiently managing sales transactions using digital tools and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Providing customers with receipts and confirmations as needed.

Customer Feedback and Reporting:
