Mont Du Lac Resort, an established family-run year round resort dedicated to endless family fun, is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative. Our resort year-round has lodging and multiple bar & restaurants operating, in the summer we have activities from our waterpark, marina, disc golf, mountain biking, in the winter we have the ski hill and tubing. Located in Superior, WI but only 15 minutes from Duluth, MN.
We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact to welcome guests and greet people who visit. To be successful as a Guest Service Representative, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for checking in/out guests with lodging reservations, along with selling retail merchandise and season and daily passes. We are looking for employees that are self-motivated, open minded, and willing to learn.
This position is for shifts Thursday through Sunday (days & nights) including Holidays.
Hourly Position - $16 - $18, based on qualifications
