As we expand our footprint in the US, we’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts and help establish Monta as the leading EV charging platform in the region.

We've just closed a massive 80M EUR Series B round, propelling us toward revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Our growth has soared, with nearly a million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 EV drivers joining us daily. We'll use this funding to enhance our software-only strategy, expand into new markets, and improve our product for an electrified future ⚡

Here’s What You’ll Achieve

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of Monta’s marketing initiatives in the US market. Reporting directly to the CMO and CEO, this is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape Monta’s success in a critical growth market.

  • Drive demand generation through campaigns that target Solution Providers, CPOs, and other key personas.
  • Localize global strategies to resonate with the US audience and market dynamics.
  • Optimize the inbound funnel to convert leads into high-quality opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the US market, sharing insights to inform product, messaging, and overall strategy.

Here Are Some Things You’ll Be Working On

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage always-on campaigns, micro-campaigns, and ABM initiatives tailored to the US market.
  • Demand Generation: Utilize digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email, and social media, to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Market Adaptation: Collaborate with global teams to localize content, messaging, and strategies for the US market.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure seamless lead nurturing and handoff, driving conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader US team, including sales, to align marketing efforts with regional goals and share insights for success.
  • Market Expertise: Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategies.
  • Event Alignment: Partner with Field Marketing to ensure campaigns support key industry and partner events in the US.

To excel as Monta’s Marketing Manager, you should bring:

  • Experience: 3 years in marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.) and campaign management.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance.
  • Creativity: A knack for crafting campaigns that stand out and deliver results.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work across teams and functions.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the EV industry or sustainability sectors is a bonus but not required.
