Rare and unique position available for a Patient Coordinator/Front Desk Lead within an integrated group practice. Montana Laser and Medical Center provides non-invasive and minimally-invasive treatments like K-Laser therapy, trigger point injections, chiropractic, exercise therapy, and joint injections for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions including arthritis, wound healing, traumatic brain injury, sports injuries, neuropathy, and more.
No opioid medication management. We are an independent office NOT affiliated with Logan Health.
We also provide a full range of laser aesthetics to our patients, including vein reduction, hair removal, skin tightening, body sculpting, 4D Facelifts, lip plumping, SmoothEye, and more with our Fotona Dynamis laser.
The Front Desk Patient Coordinator is at the center of action in this exciting environment. You will be the first impression our patients have on the phone and in-person. You will take charge of maintaining patient flow, scheduling patients, taking payments, answering the phones, sending and creating simple documents, maintaining patient privacy standards, and improving the patient experience!
Applicant should be patient-focused, a team player, and willing to learn the practice model. Extensive training will be provided to ensure successful outcomes for the patients, for the staff, and for the clinic. If you are interested, you may be invited to train into a Medical Assistant role as well!
Your hours will typically be Monday through Thursday 7:45am to 6:30pm, with some variation based on patient need.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
