CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER
Montana Silversmiths, the industry leader in western buckles and jewelry, is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager for their Columbus, MT location.
This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborates extensively with the larger team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee quarterly catalogs and all print materials
- Manage retailer support materials and point-of-sale assets
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across product, model, and lifestyle imagery
- Spearhead photoshoot execution and planning with the creative team
- Play a key role in campaign planning and go-to-market initiatives
- Support industry events with timely, on-brand collateral
- Drive brand partnerships and collaborations
- Support co-op advertising efforts
- Direct product packaging and create unique, engaging experiences
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand book
- Coordinate lifestyle shoots and content
- Recognize opportunities and defend creative direction
- Manage various vendors, photographers, and videographers
- Organize and optimize the company's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Provide strategic direction for social media content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media or related field
- Equivalent of 5 years progressive experience in sales/marketing/business related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and photography techniques
- Team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, goal oriented, problem solver
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects within tight deadlines, within budget and with limited internal staff
- Exceptional communication skills; interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
