The Montclair Kimberley Academy, an innovative Pre-K – 12 independent day school with a strong national reputation, seeks a full-time Biology teacher, with the ability to also teach Science Research or Chemistry, beginning in the 2025-26 academic year. The successful candidate will join MKA at an exciting time of growth of our STEM program and facilities, will teach four sections of science, and will collaborate with other faculty in the Science department on new approaches to teaching and learning, including new uses for technology in and out of the classroom. Other responsibilities include serving as an academic advisor for a group of approximately eight students as well as, ideally, coaching a sport and/or supervising an extracurricular activity.

Qualified Applicants Will Meet The Following Criteria
- A bachelor's degree in biology, environmental science, chemistry, or closely related field — MS or PhD preferred
