What you'll do
- Oversee on-site operations of several Mobile Home / RV Communities in Douglas County, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
- Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
- Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
- Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
- Clean laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses
- Regular site walks, picking up trash and debris

- An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18-21/hour depending on experience and if choosing to live onsite
- 35-40 hours a week
- 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can be provided as part of the package (optional to live onsite)
