Monte Rosa Therapeutics is a clinical stage biotechnology company developing novel molecular glue degrader (MGD) medicines for patients living with serious diseases such as oncology, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Monte Rosa is headquartered in Boston, Mass., with research operations in both Boston and Basel, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Support People Operations globally with employee records management, data entry & maintenance, correspondence, and additional operational support
- Support the creation and maintenance of SOP’s
- Assist with recruitment coordination and scheduling
- Support employee onboarding, trainings, and company events
- Provide support during open enrollment, document review, data entry, uploading to vendor.
- Maintain Intranet content
- Vendor Processing
- Digital Signage content creation and maintenance
- Support HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Admin, or a function that has HR responsibilities (preferably in a biotech or fast-paced environment)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Accuracy is a superpower!
- An eye for optimization and efficiency; has a passion for finding ways to make things better
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use discretion and handle confidential/sensitive information
- Understands the fundamentals of HR responsibilities, employee rights, employer obligations - a big plus
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
