About the Role
Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Service Center Representative to join the team in our Bank Operations department. As a Service Center Representative, you will deliver a World Class Experience by answering inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner and assisting other team members with their calls as needed. This position will research and resolve customers' inquiries and maintenance requests regarding personal and business accounts, Bank products, and other banking services. You will be located in Goleta, CA with a fully on-site work schedule.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year banking experience required, including : branch operations, new accounts, back-office operations, and service center
- One year of service / call center experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and customer service skills
- Ability to have in-depth dialogues and explanations with customers that can be of sensitive and confidential nature
