MANAGER OPERATIONS

The Operations Manager will manage the daily operations of the Neurology’s ambulatory practices including but not limited to, Access Center, West Campus, CHAM and Yonkers clinical practices. Responsible for supervising, development, and training of staff, including oversight of EPIC appointment schedules, managing templates, registration, and scheduling of patient appointments. Ensure the provision of high-quality services resulting in a high level of patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years minimum work experience in field
• Healthcare Mgt. and Supervisory Experience
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership techniques and hospital policies and procedures
• Epic and Excel required
