What are the responsibilities and job description for the SECRETARY II position at Montefiore Medical Center?
Radiology enterprise ambulatory scheduling and authorization processing for all sites.
Strong executive who can multitask. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities. A team player. Excellent customer service skills REQUIRED.
Interventional Ambulatory Scheduling of procedures and obtaining authorization for procedures. Scheduling pre-testing for procedures. Required to participate in meetings and transcribe minutes / notes. Duties involves working with Division directors and physicians. Coordinating expenses i.e.. Petty cash, travel reimbursement, reviewing and editing of procedure board. Maintaining an accurate expense log for allocation of funds provided by the enterprise as well as clinical trail funds and managing multiple physician’s calendars. Including on-call schedule and internal and external organization.
Will be required to cross cover other modalities based on operations needs.
Requirements :
- Bilingual required to assist with the patient demographic to meet the community needs.
