Job Summary:
Supervise all Food & Nutrition Services activities including the delivery of food to patients, cafeteria operations, and other food service activities while complying with department policies and procedures, standards, guidelines and regulations. It is the responsibility of the Food Services Supervisor to supervise employees engaged in serving food and in maintaining cleanliness of the food services areas. Also to coach and provide service to the organization with a strong sense of emotional intelligence, customer service, a patient experience and employee engagement focus, exhibits servant leadership qualities and fosters a culture of support and mentorship.
Essential Job Qualifications
1. Education: Degree in Business or Management preferred
2. Experience: 3-5 years supervisory or managerial experience in a Healthcare Food Service setting.
3. Training/Certification: ServSafe certificate preferred
Salary range: $57,000 - $67,000
