What Youll Do in SPOTLIGHT
You will work to deliver will deliver focused, timely work on specialized construction projects. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as a Superintendent.
- Ensure that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards
- Schedule and direct the daily activities of work and take necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality, and process are met.
- Maintain daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs and E-mail correspondence.
- Serve as Monteiths representative with the Owners and Architects
Experience You Should Have:
- 3 years of experience in supervising commercial construction
- Ability to work non-traditional hours
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with construction management software (Procore), a plus but not required
- Ability to travel
