FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
Summary Description:
Provide our guests with consistently high-quality Shakey’s menu items.
Prepare products according to Shakey’s standards, efficiencies, teamwork, and guest expectations.
May be deployed to Fry, Pizza, or Buffet station as a Cook, as a Food Runner, or with additional initial training, as a Beverage Attendant, Cashier or Game Room Attendant.
Summary of Essential Duties
- Consistently practice Shakey’s Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakey’s guest experience.
- Consistently follow recipes and procedures to prepare and cook consistently high-quality menu items.
- Complete opening/closing procedures for workstations.
- Prep all items for the workstation, as necessary.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products and ingredients.
- Effectively manage and eliminate waste.
- Stock workstations with products and supplies when necessary.
- Safely and efficiently operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Comply with Food Safety and Sanitation requirements for personal, workstation cleanliness and food handling.
- Support other workstations, as needed.
- Cross-train on other workstations.
- Demonstrate teamwork and respect at all times.
- All other duties, as assigned.
