Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reiki and Sound Bath Instructor to join our dynamic team at Monterey Bay Moves. The ideal candidate will have a strong background wellness and or fitness instruction. As a Reiki/Sound Bath Healer, you will lead engaging group classes and foster a supportive environment that encourages participants to feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Conduct group Reiki sessions and Sound Healing classes that cater to various skill levels and promote overall wellness.
- Demonstrate exercises clearly while providing modifications for different abilities.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and best practices
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create an integrated approach to health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sound Bath/ Reiki Healer or in a similar role within the wellness industry.
- Experience in group fitness settings, with the ability to lead classes effectively.
- Certification in Sound Healing/Reiki instruction from a recognized organization is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and effectively.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
Schedule (potential)
- Mondays 9:15AM - Sound Healing Stretching
- Fridays 9:15AM - Sound Healing Stretching
- Sundays 7:00PM - Reiki / Sound Healing
Pay - $30-60/hour
- $30/hour for 50 minute class of instruction
- Possibility of extra $30/class for filming your own class and creating reels

Expected hours: 3 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
