What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiberglass Repair Worker position at Monterey Boats?
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on fiberglass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas. Auto body technician/ detailer usually transitions well in this area.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced, production environment while maintaining both quality and safety. Minimum 1 year experience required; preferably in the marine industry. Experience with color matching is preferred.
