Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children

- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences through curriculum development
- Utilize Montessori principles to enhance the educational experience
Experience
- Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of child welfare and best practices in childcare
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan and execute educational activities that promote holistic child development
- Proficiency in lesson planning and adapting curriculum to meet individual student needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.05 - $11.70 per hour
