Monday to Friday, 12 - 19 hours per week (flexible)

Job Overview:
The Development Coordinator supports the Director of Development with event planning, donor management, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize Silent Auction for Montessori Magic Gala:
- Manage all aspects of the auction, including item solicitations, data entry, and processing payments.
- Update and maintain the online auction website and catalog.
Support Development Events:
- Assist with the Kupuna Day and Montessori Magic Gala events.
- Handle event logistics, including setup, coordination, and post-event tasks.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain the Kindful donor database with up-to-date and accurate information.
- Process donations, prepare donor logs, and generate thank you letters.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Canva is a plus
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ethically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Able to lift, carry, and move items as needed, and comfortable standing for extended periods during events.
