For the first time in over 5 years, were searching for a special someone to lead the charge as our new Head of School at our Santa Clara campus.

In return, weve got your back. The total compensation package for this role ranges from $105k-120k between a strong base salary, monthly performance incentives and 4% employer matching in our 401k plan. In addition, we offer health, dental, and vision insurance, along with plenty of paid time off to recharge. Because we know that great leaders need support, too.
So, who are we looking for? Someone whos managed successful teams, spent at least two years in a childcare setting and at least one year as an assistant director or director in an educational environment. Youve led a team before, and youve got the communication skillsboth spoken and writtento inspire and connect. A bachelors degree is a plus, and youll need to be fully qualified to serve as a childcare center director under Californias licensing standards. But more than that, were looking for someone whos outgoing, dedicated, and ready to join a team that loves what they doand does it together.
