Job Title: Custodian - Second Shift
Job Location: Montgomery County ESC Board Office, SOITA Building, & Regional Center (requires minimal travel)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $18.75 - $23.81 per hour, commensurate with experience
Full/Part-Time: Full-Time
Days: 260

What You’ll Do:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Maintain restrooms by cleaning, restocking supplies, and addressing minor maintenance needs.
Remove trash, clean glass surfaces, and ensure hallways and common areas are tidy.
Monitor building security, assist visitors, and provide support for community events.
Report maintenance concerns (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues) to supervisors.
Assist with snow/ice removal from walkways and entrances.
Follow safety guidelines for handling hazardous materials and spills.
What You’ll Bring:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Physical ability to lift/move objects and perform manual labor.
Satisfactory fingerprinting and criminal records check results (provided for free by MCESC!).
