Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Salary: Between $24.62 - $34.96 per hour, commensurate with experience
Full/Part-Time: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Maintain employee records and assist with new hire onboarding.
Manage personnel exhibit for board meetings.
Post job openings and coordinate interview schedules.
Process contracts and verify salary placements.
Monitor certification requirements and assist with compliance.
Manage the absence management and substitute procurement system.
Assist with document management, reporting, HR purchase orders, and office inventory.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in office administration, inventory control, and vendor management.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
