Child Welfare Services is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, detail- oriented and experienced individual to manage multiple tasks/projects originated from the office of the Child Welfare Services' Senior Administrator.

This position oversees the management of complex tasks/projects. This position encompasses the following work:
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree .
Experience: Two (2) years of professional administrative experience related to the needs of social services work.

What You'll Be Doing
This position oversees the management of complex tasks/projects. This position encompasses the following work:
- Establishes work priorities, and develops forms and office procedures for/from the CWS Senior Administrator's Office
- Coordinates and oversees a variety of tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Serves as a liaison between the Senior Administrator, staff, stakeholders, and other internal/external County and State agencies as it relates to child welfare/social services work
- Reviews incoming correspondences and prepares appropriate , well-written, professional responses
- Manages the Administrator's P-card and all tasks related to its use and reconciliation
- Will act as a CWS representative at predetermined County and/or State meetings
- Will assist with data collection for the Child Welfare Services state database (CJAMS)
- Will assist with audit meetings and compliance with State and Federal audits
- Will review incoming documents (policies/regulations) and independently analyze and provide well-written recommendations of next steps and impact to CWS
- Organizes a variety of staff trainings/meetings, including coordinating event/meeting logistics
- Will respond to inquiries from other public agencies/constituents
- Will manage the oversight of the Child Welfare Services MOUs/MOAs, legal staffing’s and medical consent forms
- Will manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong and detailed organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with impeccable attention to details
