The person in this role will be responsible for attending to our outdoor spaces and ensuring a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with an excellent knowledge of planting, gardening equipment, and physical stamina.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with an excellent knowledge of planting, gardening equipment, and physical stamina.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.
- Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking.
- Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants.
- Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such as plant vehicles, and small diggers.
- Service all garden equipment and machinery.
- Proven experience as a gardener or groundskeeper.
- Knowledge of horticultural techniques and plant diseases.
- Knowledge of garden maintenance and landscaping.
- Familiarity with landscaping design layouts.
- Strong knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Professional certifications in gardening or horticulture.
- Knowledge in the safe handling of gardening equipment.
- Experience with plant feeds and fertilisers.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Salary : $18 - $22
