- Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment adapting to the physical demands of working in the plant
- Must communicate and work well with others
- Must be able to moved quickly from task to task
- Must be able to correctly use a tape measure
Job Duties
- working as part of a team, construct roof trusses on a table
- properly place pieces of lumber into position according to order specifications
- safely use tools such as a hammer, nail gun, and nailing plates
- Climb on and off construction table as needed to position lumber and hammer nailing plates
