Montierth & Associates seeks an Office Assistant to aid attorney in its family owned, asset recovery business located in Layton, Utah. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to both think independently and multi-task. This is an entry level position, but has the opportunity to grow in responsibilities and compensation commensurate with a candidates ability and drive.
Details of Office Assistant Position:
Full Time (Monday-Friday) 40 hours/week
Starting immediately
$14-16 per hour based on experience
Flexibility with Time Off
401k After 1 Year
Exceptional Candidates will have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to draft documents and correspondence independently
Ability to communicate professionally and personably
Ability to work independently
Good organizational skills and note-keeping.
Some prior office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
