A DAY IN THE LIFE
Our Environmental Consulting and Engineering (EC&E) group is looking for an experienced Associate Scientist - Oil & Gas Program Manager who can lead, sell, do, and build Montrose's Oil & Gas Market Sector. The key responsibilities include :
Business Development & Program Management
- Lead in the development of a strategic business plan for Appalachian Basin region in the O&G Sector.
- Build upon and expand clients, resources, and sub-sector markets of our O&G Market Sector business in the Appalachian Basin region.
- Manage and grow one or more key client Account Management programs within the O&G Market Sector.
- Develop and maintain a broad range of client relationships throughout the market sector and geography.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities consistent with the vision and strategic plan.
- Drive revenue growth opportunities for the entire range of MEG services and champion an integrated services approach.
- Work with the Montrose business leaders to meet net revenue, gross margin, and operating income targets of Montrose business lines.
- Support growth of a team of high performers. This will include supporting recruitment and retention of subject matter experts, project managers, and account managers within the Environmental Services practice.
- Be a Project Director for a portfolio of projects with variety of service offerings, delivering budgeted financial performance, and excellent client service.
