Responsibilities:
- Pricing and improved pricing
- Working with the operations team to ensure great service
- Handle and resolve escalated claims disputes
- Ensure 100% customer retention for your defined book of business
- Proactively identify key risks within your book of business
- Grow accounts through location expansion and driving adoption with partners
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell related products by working cross functionally to expand your accounts
- Proactively plan and communicate with your book of business through outbound phone calls, monthly reviews, and ongoing performance delivery
- Champion partner feedback to help drive insights
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Montway's platform of choice for our B2B partners
- Proactively manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for all current clients Serve as the liaison between the client, Montway's internal teams - support Montway's
- Best Practices on design and approach for the client
- Provide regularly scheduled communications and KPI updates with clients and internal stakeholders - you are responsible for keeping all parties informed and on schedule, a monumental and complex task
- Be comfortable presenting insights, data & KPI metrics during client meetings
- Develop a keen understanding of how the Montway platform and unique products will deliver brand value in support of the client's goals
- Support Montway billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payout
- Perform data entry into CRM and Admin system for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders and special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instruction, and delivery confirmation and status updates; researches any other inquiries as requested
- Minimal required travel visiting personal territories, directed by management
- Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives (assist with training, shadowing, and interviewing of potential Account Executives as needed)
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Hold morning huddles with the team twice a week
- Monthly 1:1 with each Account Executive
- Hold weekly huddles for Senior A.E.s to work on leadership skills
- Track goals of the team and run daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Share with Director and
- EVP
- Reasonable metrics for weekly and monthly KPI reporting:

Outbound dials
- Oversee the activities and performance of the Account Executive team and contribute to
- Performance reviews
