Job Overview
We are seeking a Packaging Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment in a warehouse setting.
Duties
- Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Assemble, fabricate, and package products according to company standards
- Follow FDA regulations and maintain compliance with Food Safety Regultions
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery as needed
- Use hand tools to adjust, calibrate, and repair equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and/or carts for material handling tasks
Skills
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to follow FDA regulations and Food Safety guidelines
- Competency in using hand tools for adjustments and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control practices
