What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records Manager MH Richfield Hourly position at Monument Health Richfield, LLC?
The Medical Records Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director to ensure all medical records are managed in accordance with Company policy and state and federal regulations. The Medical Records Manager is responsible for the management, completion and accuracy of medical record information kept in both written and electronic forms and is responsible for ensuring that all protected health information is safeguarded as required by Company policy and HIPAA. The Medical Records Manager works closely with the nursing department to ensure accurate and complete medical records are kept for all residents.
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
