My client, a long-established, highly successful and growing business in MetroWest Boston is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position!
Fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a high level of business acumen, and an inquisitive, analytical mind.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Database and document management
- Communication and correspondence
- Preparing, proofreading, and filing legal documents and reports
- Spearheading research and analysis efforts
- General AP/AR functions
Qualifications
- 3 years Administrative Assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Some legal experience preferred
