What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant - Venture Capital position at Monument Staffing?
One of our clients, a respected venture capital firm, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to multiple senior-level executives!
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative assistance to senior executives
- Manage complex scheduling, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Track business expenses and prepare expense reports
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for various ongoing projects
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of administrative support experience in a professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and handle multiple priorities with flexibility
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solver with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
