Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to temporarily join HR Operations team of a stable and growing finance firm. You will provide support to the employee life cycle, managing HRIS, and provide support to HR Operations projects.
Key Responsibilities
New Hires:
- Assist in set up for onboarding new hires
- Work to schedule and communicate on orientation
- Assist with employee offboarding process
Administration:
- Process employee life-cycle changes in database, including new hires, job changes, terminations etc.
- Manage all employee files
Project Support:
- Update PowerPoint presentations
- Create and run reports per requests
- HR Operations projects
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources preferred
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in HR
- Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS/HCM system)
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Salary : $25 - $30
