Our company manages a portfolio of over 1,000 multi-family units, and this number is expected to grow to over 3,000 units within the next year. As we continue to expand, we are in need of a dedicated professional to provide top-notch plumbing and HVAC services to our clients.
In addition to the core responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will also be expected to take on the following tasks :
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for plumbing and HVAC systems
- Training and mentoring junior plumbing technicians
- Collaborating with property managers to address specific plumbing and HVAC needs
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
The successful candidate should be interested in taking on an equity position within the company, with the potential for financial rewards in the future.
